I love the programme you provided very much especially the experiential learning part in Meditation Lab, even though I practice mindfulness meditation for years. Sorry that I didn't participate fully in the course. I guess the focus on the well being of individuals will be beneficial to most people no matter what their religion or background. I sincerely hope that this programme can be substained and provided to the public. I look forward to the open-source, free e-book on this subject. Thanks, Professor Goto-Jones.
